Digital Marketer & Performance Marketing Specialist
Dream Eye Digital is looking for a data-driven, performance-focused Digital Marketer who understands how to turn strategy, creative, media buying, and analytics into measurable business growth.
About the Role
Dream Eye Digital is looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Digital Marketer & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. You will work across paid acquisition, B2B lead generation, social media growth, conversion funnels, analytics, and campaign optimization for Dream Eye Digital and selected client projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands that performance marketing is not simply about running ads—it is about connecting strategy, creative, targeting, tracking, data, and conversion to generate measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation, sales, and business growth.
- Build and optimize B2B lead-generation campaigns for local and international markets.
- Manage and grow corporate LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
- Perform A/B testing across audiences, creatives, copy, placements, landing pages, and offers.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Analyze creative performance, including hooks, messaging, visuals, videos, and ad formats.
- Monitor the customer journey from ad → landing page → lead → conversion.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns efficiently.
- Prepare clear performance reports with insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.

You should be analytical, commercially aware, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of performance.
When a campaign is underperforming, you should be able to investigate the data, identify potential bottlenecks, develop a hypothesis, test improvements, and measure the outcome.
You should be comfortable balancing creativity with data, collaborating with different teams, managing multiple priorities, and continuously learning as advertising platforms and technologies evolve.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who focuses on meaningful business outcomes—not vanity metrics.
